1. About our products

• Each piece is carefully created with love.

• The photos on our website are as accurate as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

• Sizing may vary slightly between models. If you’re between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger one for more comfort.

2. Payments

• We accept secure payments via credit card, debit card, and other available methods at checkout.

• All prices are in local currency (or USD, depending on your location) and include applicable taxes.

• Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed order confirmation by email.

3. Shipping

• We ship nationally and internationally.

• Estimated delivery time begins once the order is processed (within 1 to 3 business days).

• We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as logistics issues or weather conditions.

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the cost of reshipping will be covered by the customer.

4.  Size, exchanges & defective items 

• You may request a size exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

• We accept exchanges of thongs or bikini bottoms only if the hygiene liner has not been removed and the item is in perfect condition.

• We do not accept returns of worn products, items without tags, or without the hygiene liner.

• Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

• The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. If the exchange is approved, Ola Mía will cover the cost of shipping the new item (valid only for domestic orders).

• Refunds are only issued if the item has a factory defect, was shipped incorrectly, or is out of stock. In such cases, we will refund 100% of the amount paid using the original payment method.

5. Privacy

• Your personal data is safe and used only to process your order and communicate with you when necessary.

• We will never share your information with third parties without your consent.
