At Ola Mía, we want your order to reach you just as beautiful as you imagined — and as fast as possible. Here's everything you need to know:

1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we get to work!

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic shipping (within United State): 3 to 7 business days.
International shipping: 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs, weather, or external delays — but don't worry, we'll keep you informed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option selected.

Free shipping? Yes, queen!

We offer it on orders over a minimum amount, depending on current promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your wave in real time.

5. Shipping Address

Please double-check your address before completing your order. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, your package could get lost — and we don't want that.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue or was not claimed, we'll gladly resend it, but the new shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

6. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If your package comes back to us because it couldn't be delivered, we'll contact you right away.

We'll be happy to reship it — you'll just need to cover the additional shipping fee.

7. Unexpected Delays

Sometimes things happen outside of our control that may delay your delivery.

If there's a delay, we'll keep you posted and support you through the process — wave promise.

9. Shipping Origin & Carrier

All orders are shipped from California, United States.
Orders are packed and shipped directly by Ola Mia Swinwear.
We ship using USPS and /or UPS depending on the destination and service availability.

10. Delivered Packages

Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, the order is considered fulfilled. However, if you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier first to open an investigation. Ola Mia Swimwear will gladly assist you by providing shipping confirmation and any information needed to help resolve the issue.

If the carrier confirms the package as lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.
